Who are your clients that I would work for?
Our clients include some of the best known companies on the Fortune 500 list, including cruise lines, retail chains, telecommunications and mobile cell phone service companies, etc.
Where will I work and how many hours will I work per week?
You will work from your own home office and you can work as many hours as choose. Most client require a minimum of 15 hours per week - sometimes including weekend hours.
You are required to pay for and pass a background check. Felonies and certain Misdemeanors (fraud) will disqualify you. Some clients also require a drug test. The background check is currently free.
Is the training paid?
No. As an independent contractor, you will not be paid for training. However, some clients enable you to earn service revenue during training and bonuses upon completion.
What are the technical requirements for my work at home office?
Minimum Computer Requirements
Windows 7, 8 or 10 required. Some clients will allow Mac OS. Your computer or laptop must be hard wired to a supported internet connection.
Internet Connectivity Requirements
Dial-Up, Wireless and Satellite internet services are not permitted.High Speed Broadband internet providers such as Cable or DSL internet services are required.
Landline or VOIP Phone Required
You may not use a cell phone to provide service. This phone line must be dedicated to your business with no special features such as call waiting, caller ID, voice messaging/answering machines, or fax services. You will need to have this dedicated phone line (either VOIP or POTS - Plain Old Telephone Service) in place by the time you begin your first client certification course.
Just as if you are going to college or beauty school, you are required to cover the cost of your training. The cost of Client Certification varies. If you maintain at least a 93% Commitment Adherence and 2 Stars during your first 120 days of service, the Client Certification fees will be reimbursed to you! You are not required to pay this fee until you complete (and pass) the background check.
How do I get paid?
Unlike a third party call center, we do not take a profit from the hourly rate that you are paid. We pass the entire amount compensated by the client on to our PolishedPros. In order to provide the support and infrastructure necessary for our PolishedPros to achieve top performance, we charge a simple flat service fee of $49.99 per invoice. This breaks down to the a 19.99 technology fee and a flat $30 administrative fee to cover our overhead and support services. Our low, flat service fee allows us to provide you with support during all phases of your certification process, direct deposit services and you don’t have to incorporate as your own business to work with Arise Virtual Services. We strive to put you first and keep a structure that is of greater benefit to you than if we took several dollars off the top of your hourly pay.
How long is the process and training before I start earning money?
The Admissions process can be completed in as little as one day! Certification courses required to service a particular client can take between two days and several weeks to complete.
